Focal Pointe has named corporate recruiter Lesa Peterman as Director of Talent & Team Development. In her new role, Peterman will lead staffing and career development as Focal Pointe continues to grow and expand across the Midwest.
Before joining Focal Pointe, Lesa gained experience across several industries, including healthcare, landscaping, manufacturing, and hospitality. Notably, she held leadership roles as Senior Technical Recruiter at Saige Partners and Senior Recruiter at Gateway Wireless, where she developed expertise in talent acquisition and workforce development.

Peterman earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Southeast Missouri State University.
