LANDSCAPE DESIGNER
Dana Fritsche
Dana is a 2004 graduate of Southern Illinois University, Carbondale with a BS degree in Plant & Soil Science majoring in Landscape Design. Dana started her career as a landscape designer for a small, local landscape company. She joined our team in 2007 and quickly became a customer favorite. Her ability to listen to customers’ needs and her education in plant material allowed her to consistently meet the expectations of her clients.
LANDSCAPE DESIGNER
Lily Horstmeyer
Lily earned her Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness with a focus in Horticulture from Southeast Missouri State University, graduating in 2022. She began her journey with FP as an intern in 2020 and 2021 before joining the team full time in August 2022. Passionate about customer satisfaction, Lily enjoys finding creative solutions and helping clients achieve their goals.
PROJECT MANAGER
Quinn Bress
Quinn earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2016. After interning at a wastewater treatment facility, he worked in the solar industry managing the manufacture of custom wire harnesses and electrical boxes for commercial solar farms. Seeking a change, he saw the opportunity to combine his interest in outdoor spaces with his experience in construction and manufacturing. Quinn joined the Focal Pointe team in 2019 as a project manager and estimator.
