Vladimir Garcia
Vladimir is a graduate of MidAmerica Nazarene University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Organizational Leadership. With over three years of experience in landscaping, he has honed his skills as a business development representative and account manager. Before transitioning to landscape management, Vladimir was a small business owner in the insurance field. He enjoys working in landscape management because it allows him to spend time outdoors while building meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues. Outside of work, Vladimir can be found on the tennis court, hiking local trails, cheering on his favorite English Premier League team, Chelsea F.C., or spending quality time with his daughter.

Todd Nugent
Todd brings a diverse background in business development, with extensive experience building strong relationships and helping clients achieve their goals. He has spent the last 8 years as a Business Development Representative in the landscape industry, focusing on understanding clients’ needs and providing solutions that help organizations maintain and enhance their outdoor environments. Prior to this role, Todd spent 18 years as an insurance agent, developing a strong foundation in sales, client service, and long-term relationship management. Todd played football at Benedictine College, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in education. Todd and his wife, Renee, share a blended family of five grown children and two grandchildren. When he’s not working or involved in sports, Todd enjoys spending time outdoors and golfing with his wife. They are also dedicated Kansas City Chiefs fans and 10+ year season ticket holders, in the same seats that have been in his family for more than 50 years.
