She holds an MS in Organizational Performance Improvement from the University of Arkansas - Grantham and a BS in Psychology from Northwest Missouri State University. With extensive experience in strategic partnership development, Kalyn excels in identifying client needs, creating effective solutions, and driving business growth. Her proficiency in consultative selling, relationship management, and team leadership has led to success across diverse industries. Kalyn is driven by helping clients achieve their goals and bringing their visions to life. Outside of work, Kalyn enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with her kids and husband, Nathan.

Vladimir Garcia
Vladimir is a graduate of MidAmerica Nazarene University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Organizational Leadership. With over three years of experience in landscaping, he has honed his skills as a business development representative and account manager. Before transitioning to landscape management, Vladimir was a small business owner in the insurance field. He enjoys working in landscape management because it allows him to spend time outdoors while building meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues. Outside of work, Vladimir can be found on the tennis court, hiking local trails, cheering on his favorite English Premier League team, Chelsea F.C., or spending quality time with his daughter.
