Landcare Professional.

- Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: mowing, line trimming, blowing, planting, digging, laying sod and watering.

Each morning report to the office in Caseyville, from there a company vehicle will be provided to service properties throughout the Greater St. Louis area. Servicing the properties can take place varying weather conditions. Service types vary throughout the season and may include but are not limited to: application of fertilizers, weed controls, fungicides, insecticides to turf, trees, shrubs, and other areas as needed; along with lawn aerations and snow duties during certain times of the year. Certain properties require multiple team members to service, ability to work well with others is essential. - Beginning in 2015, Focal Pointe Outdoor Solutions instituted a custom internship program for individuals interested in hands-on learning for careers in the landscape services industry. The summer program will include opportunities to learn and experience various areas of the landscape industry beginning approximately May 15th and concluding August 30th.

- The Landscape Superintendent plays a vital role in the success of our projects. They are tasked with ensuring production teams are performing tasks to the Focal Pointe standards of safety, quality, efficiency and professionalism. Additionally, they ensure that labor, tools, materials, safety, fleet equipment and training are all managed to Focal Pointe standards.

- Lead crew optimizing safety, quality, and efficiency on client properties. Effectively train crew members to perform tasks with Focal Pointe standards. Work with Account and Operations Managers to delight clients.

We provide Irrigation services to many of St. Louis' most premier properties including Busch Stadium. Our Irrigation division is experiencing rapid growth. Gardener / Horticulturalist.

- We are looking for a Residential Horticulturist/Gardener that is passionate about gardening and creating relationships with clients, and enjoys having direct impact by strategically maintaining and caring for our clients’ gardens and grounds. This is a hands-on position which details out the clients property on a weekly basis. You would complete a daily/weekly walk through of the property. You would be scouting for pests & diseases on all plant material, providing additional pruning on selected plant material, up-keep of annuals & perennials throughout the growing season, and other miscellaneous task keeping the property looking detailed all season long.
